Together with her team they know what it takes to accurately evaluate talent and endeavour to become the first choice when their Clients are in the market for staff.
Lindie has gained valuable experience whilst working in Australia for an organisation that specialised in the recruitment of Engineering, Technical and Industrial staff.
In addition, Lindie has extensive experience with Private organisations, State and Local Government procurement offering her expert knowledge in the recruiting function to meet client requirements.

Ray has twenty PLUS (20+) years experience as a specialist recruitment consultant in the placement of Professional and Technical personnel. Ray brings a wealth of knowledge and experience, gained in his position as senior consultant within his previous place of employment.
As a Shareholder and Director of MCJ Appointments Pty Ltd Ray’s focus is to bring all this acquired experience, to make MCJ Appointments a respected and leading supplier in Professional and Technical industry.
Ray’s expertise is in industrial relations, marketing, tendering in the provision of temporary and permanent resources and recruitment services to both Private and Public sector clients.
